Key Responsibilities:
· Reports to the Sales Manager.
· Regional Sales activities for new and existing Customers:
§ Develop and Implement Sales Strategies/Initiatives and Sales Targets.
§ Track and Evaluate Sales Activities to provide periodic Performance Report.
§ Generate Sales Leads and follow-up with Action Plans/Results.
§ Maintain close relationship with Customers to have current information on their needs and preference.
§ Meetings with Japan HQ.
§ Initiate and follow-up on Sales and Distribution Contracts.
· Keep updated on professional and technical knowledge of our products, our competitors and the industry.
· Conduct Product Trainings and Presentations.
· Support the Sales Support Team.
· Perform any other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements:
· Diploma or relevant in related field.
· Preferred 3-5 years of related experience.
· Fluency in written and spoken English. Able to speak Mandarin as an added advantage; for efficient communication with Mandarin speaking Associates and Customers.
· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel – good in functions of Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc. as an added advantage.
· Able to travel.
· Good interpersonal and communication/negotiation skills.
· Able to multi-task and coordinate among various parties.
· Self-motivated, organised and meticulous.
· Able to start work immediately.
