• Lead and coordinate the CSA construction team, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Oversee the implementation of CSA construction methods, ensuring compliance with design plans and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assess progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage and review CSA construction documentation, including as-built drawings, progress reports, and material requests.
• Ensure that all CSA materials are available, of the correct quality, and properly stored on-site.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance and training to junior supervisors and site staff to ensure continuous improvement and development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Certificate in Pavement Construction & Maintenance is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, strong problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Remarks:

Hands-on experience is preferred.

• Reports directly to QC Manager.
• Maintains overall purview for all aspects of quality within the organization and hence, is entrusted with developing checks to ensure that standards are maintained and/or exceeded.
• Able to provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• Conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.
• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.
• To work closely with both internal and external parties and clearly communicate in non-technical terms. Must be able to handle multi-national staffs.
• To ensure that all regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 are adhered to.
• Work accuracies and documentation processes are to be upheld at all times.
• Exercise responsibility for proper functioning in compliance with good laboratory practice and cGMP.
