REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Western, Japanese or izakaya cuisine.
· Cook experience either Western, Japanese cuisine or izakaya is a must.
· Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods will be an advantage.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Ability to work in stress environment.
· Ability to multi-task.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare, cook, western, Japanese cuisine or izakaya
· Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
· Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
· Overseeing all kitchen operations.
· Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
· Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
· Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
· Ability to create new recipes will be advantages.
· Receiving/handling feedback and making improvements where necessary.
