Job Description:

• Supervise, executing, and coordinate project site activities
• Ensuring that the project is on schedule, and quality standards.
• Review installation plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Clients and suppliers to develop project schedules and resource plans.
• Supervise construction activities.
• Involve in both internal and external WSH Activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.

Requirement:

• · Minimum Higher/Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• · Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving licence is preferred.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and shift management.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any performance issues or training needs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing feedback or concerns, and resolving issues promptly via e-mail as well.
• Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, and oversee ordering and replenishment processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, sales data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of the facility
Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
