The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. This role is pivotal in fostering teamwork and motivating staff to exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shift Operations:

• Manage the restaurant’s operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties are completed efficiently.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to perform at their best.

• Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize productivity.

• Address and resolve any team conflicts professionally.

3. Customer Service:

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

• Oversee the dining area to ensure a positive guest experience.

4. Inventory and Supplies:

Requirements

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic financial processes.

• Understanding of food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., Food Handler’s License or equivalent).
