RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.0 Direct and manage coffee shop/food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements .
2.0 Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operation.
3.0 Ensure Cashier fills up the Daily Sales Report accurately and proper handing/ taking over in between shifts should be in accordance to the Company SOP.
4.0 Ensure Coffee-Maker possesses the basic skill and knowledge of coffee-brewing. Able to follow and/or meet with the required Company’s Coffee/Tea brewing standards.
5.0 Ensure that the stall tenant has a valid food stall licence and all foreign/immigrant workers hold a valid employment pass.
6.0 Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management.
7.0 Able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficient.
8.0 Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation, hygiene and safety of workplace at all times.
9.0 Must have positive attitude, an eye for details & responsibility.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1.0 Candidates must possess 2 to 5 years of managing experience in F&B.
2.0 Qualified in area of food hygiene and safety, familiarity with NEA/SFA guidelines is a must.
3.0 Ability to innovate new menu items.
4.0 Ability to work to a budget and manage food costs.
5.0 Good leadership skill, able to lead a group of kitchen crews.
