About This Role

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform - Circles X. This is not a typical sales role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team that is reimagining the telco industry.

Sales Coverage: APAC; specific accounts and/or territory would be assigned based on priority.

Desired Outcomes:

• Lead large and strategic telco accounts and be responsible to deliver on the sales KPIs e.g. new funnel creation, timely opportunity progression and closure of accounts.
• Steer sales strategic direction and plan, collaboratively developing and executing this with the cross functional teams, with the eye on growth and increasing market share.
• Build and enhance C-suite relationships with both existing and new clients/accounts – new account development will be critical to the success of this role and Circles X’s growth plans.
• Establish a structured sales methodology and process, including opportunity validation, pursuit & closure, and a strong sales operating cadence.
• Optimize sales tools and provide greater visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
• Become a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space by establishing credibility and bringing an informed POV on best practices and trends.

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software business, with extensive exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
• Has strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations and track record in building C-suite relationships.
• Solution/consultative selling in the domain of BSS to Telco clients.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem solving, should be able to challenge the status quo with a quantitative point of view.
• Strong believer and doer of value based selling methodology, be comfortable working on business cases and explaining the same at C level to Telco clients.
• Track record of closing large and complex B2B deals (i.e. long sales cycle, multiple decision makers with large deal value) with a value of USD 7-10 mio ARR; delivered 2x growth in the initial few years of growth phase.
• Has delivered on growth through channel partnerships/ strategic alliances / advisors.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.

Role Overview

As Sales and Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for developing and executing business strategies that delivers aggressive growth targets and drives our market expansion. You’ll lead our revenue growth efforts, optimize our commercial operations, and manage key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will focus on scaling our business operations, acquiring high-value clients, and establishing a consistent and effective global presence. This means accelerating the adoption and expansion of our services and products worldwide, effectively managing distribution channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, with contingency plans to ensure continuous growth.
• Lead the client acquisition process, from prospecting and lead generation to conversion and retention, ensuring CRM systems are kept up-to-date.
• Design and execute client acquisition strategies and targeted engagement plans for large corporate clients to maximize conversion rates and build long-term partnerships .
• Understand and translate client needs into tailored service and product offerings.
• Clearly communicate product and service offerings, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits.
• Ensure consistent and effective client support to deepen relationships, resolve any customer issues promptly, and identify opportunities for further sales.
• Manage overseas distributor partners, ensuring timely support and communication, and alignment with sales goals.
• Coordinate marketing and lead generation activities to enhance customers engagement and conversion processes.
• Create compelling proposals and quotations in collaboration with internal teams to secure high-value contracts.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive developments to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent REVIVO BioSystems at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build the company's global presence, enhance brand visibility and client trust.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related field; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development or projec management leadership roles, particularly within preclinical contract research, skincare, pharmaceutical, or ingredients industries.
• Knowledge of ex vivo and in vitro testing (preferably skin-related), is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with building partnerships with key B2B stakeholders (pharma and CRO)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows and industry events.
