Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve daily performance targets effectively.

2. Regularly visit and service OT customers within the assigned territory according to a fixed schedule and route.

3. Implement the distribution, display, merchandising, promotion, and inventory management of products in stores.

4. Implement the distribution of product categories and items, optimize product descriptions, and manage inventory for platform/hypermarket O2O.

5. Obtain customer orders, coordinate delivery, and provide after-sales service.

6. Effectively use the sales system to ensure data accuracy.

Job Requirements:

1. Age 22 or above.

2. Associate's degree and above in Marketing or Business Management or related fields.

3. Fluency in English.

The successful candidate shall focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as identifying new customers who can benefit from our product and services offerings. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the complete sales process with established and prospective accounts, including the identification of potential opportunities. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate deal closure.
To help plan and execute sales hunting activities with minimum supervision from the management
To develop sales account planning which includes forecasting and revenue report for each sales account. Regularly review and adjust plans as needed
Ensure scheduled payment from clients
Maintain a sales pipeline which is 3 times the sales target assigned per quarter
Meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for both revenue and gross profit
Plan and attend regular update meetings with the customers
Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction of delivery of goods and services
Development of new clients for the company including winbacks
Liaison with distributors and principal vendors
Preparation of tender submission

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Information Technology or equivalent
Any other diploma or degree in any other disciplines with a sales training or sales course can also apply
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in selling infrastructure and solution selling
Familiar with sales bidding process in government/commercial space will be an advantadge
Proven track record as an account manager within IT SI company
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities, and to achieve sales quota
