• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Open to candidates without prior experience but must possess a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Possessing a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon Fri)
• Company transport pickup at Clementi MRT (One Way)
• Mobile phone reimbursement is provided

Responsibilities:

• Handling all indoor sales activities including new customer registration, preparing quotation and order management.
• Maintain quotation and sales order record and submit to management weekly.
• Contact oversea customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure sales process smoothly.
• Manage customer credit file up to date.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Korean to communicate with Korean customers by email and calls.
• 1-2 years works experiences, no experience are also welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Serve Supermarket outlet as allocated by Supervisor.

• Handle promotion of company’s products such as in-store tasting, promotion, and food fairs.
• Monitor and update sales movement
• Check expiry dates and price tickets of products.
• Liaise with stores ensuring that retail space is organized and well-stocked.
• Train and motivate Supermarket staff on product and brand information.

Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum 2 years related working experience.
• Positive attitude and flexible.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with customers.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
