Job Description

1. Assist Sales Manager for the sales and marketing for local and overseas market and are required traveling overseas on regular basis to carry out duties.

Summary:

The incumbent will collaborates closely with the indoor sales team to source, prepare quotations, and liaise with the Customer Service team to fulfill orders. The executive is expected to be conscientious and able to work under pressure in order to coordinate between the sales team, the vendors/suppliers, forwarders, the customer service team, and the customers. He/She is expected to be proficient in English as well as basic computer software such as Excel and Outlook. Experience with Business Central is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

· Further develop current accounts and hunt for new accounts in assigned territories. These include airlines, MRO shops, 3P repair shops, and air forces.

· Closely partner with the indoor sales team (when available) to source, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the customer service team to fulfill orders. Functions include, but are not limited to -

For asset owners, particularly financial institutions, DigiFT enables them to issue blockchain-based security tokens that investors can trade with continuous liquidity using an Automated Market Maker (AMM).

DigiFT is Asia's first regulatory-compliant exchange for on-chain real-world assets to be licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Recognised Market Operator and Capital Markets Services provider. Established in Singapore in 2021, DigiFT is dedicated to meeting regulatory requirements in the markets it operates in, while delivering innovative yet responsible financial solutions that push the boundaries of financial services.

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, sales exeutive to join our team. We offer a highy unique opportunity to work directly with our core leadership team to formulate and drive customer acquisition strategies, go-to-market plans, as well as institutional partnership initiatives. Working alongside a small but diverse group of high-caliber professional team members, you will be empowered to grow, develop and own critical go-to-market initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter in a hyper-growth industry, creating investment opportunities for prospective clients, using both online and in-person conferences events to generate investor interest in both DigiFT regulated platform and it’s regulated listed and traded assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
• Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
• Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
• Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.
