Key Responsibilities

Technical Implementation:

• Deploy and configure various network/cybersecurity solutions at customer sites or remotely.

• Integrate solutions with clients’ existing IT infrastructure.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve issues promptly.

• Serve as a technical escalation point for more complex challenge.

Training & Enablement:
