Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:

• Develop and execute a holistic sales strategy that integrates franchise partnerships, B2B, and B2C channels.

4. B2C Sales Optimization:

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Proven Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with expertise in franchise partnerships, B2B, and B2C sales.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or other franchised businesses.
