Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development:

• Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets.

2. Channel Development:

• Build and manage partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

4. Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional efforts for target markets.

5. Client Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Qualifications

1. Experience:

• 8+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing sales in office software or related sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian markets, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

2. Education:

• Diploma’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of software sales cycles, licensing models, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve aggressive targets.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in software industry; ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, Saas, BI, ITOPs, CRM/ERP sales experience is preferred

Amber seeks a motivated and driven Sales Trader to join our global Flow Trading team. Our Sales Trader performs various duties to support the Flow Trading team, including executing trading strategies, providing liquidity to our clients, actively sharing market insights with the team and clients, etc. He or she should be seasoned in options trading and have a solid knowledge of crypto. Being proficient in English and Mandarin communication in daily work is also a must.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide liquidity to institutional clients and counterparties as well as manage position or inventory risks.
• Execute trading strategies in both exchange and OTC markets.
• Identify and capture trading opportunities and execute proprietary trading strategies according to the company’s risk limits.
• Manage trade booking and reporting.

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
