The client is an international professional services firm with global presences across more than 10 countries. There is a newly created team contributor corporate secretarial role to work alongside a lean team to manage a very stable portfolio of long-term clients.

Responsibilities

You will play an active role liaising with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure queries are addressed in a timely manner. As part of a lean team, you will gain exposure in advisory work and high visibility to stakeholders.

Some of the clients would hold shareholder meetings which would enable you to do pre, during and post meeting preparatio including some minutes taking.

Requirements

Candidates with working knowledge managing fund, trust, investment holding type clients will be favoured. CSIS Qualification or in progress towards completion is ideal. Someone who is genuinely interetsted in keeping abreadst of Singapore's corporate governance and compliance regulations will be more succcessful in this role.

Administrative Assistant

Salary: $ 2,200 - $ 2,600
Working Location: 391A Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Description:

A) General reception duties

• Attend to walk-ins, handling mails and courier (incoming and outgoing).
• Attend to incoming guests and to serve drinks to them.
• Answer incoming calls.

B ) General administrative duties

• General upkeep of the office.
• Requisition of office equipment and supplies.Manage and order office stationaries & pantry supplies.
  Liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
  
• Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
• Run errands - banks, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels Certificate.
• Relevant working experience an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Trade Operations Assistant

Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,300
Working Location: 391A Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Description:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.
