The Logistics Assistant is responsible in a wide variety of logistics activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving of incoming shipment, checking, repacking and put away (binning to shelves)

You will ensure the prompt delivery of monthly/quarterly management reports, reviewing monthly financial performance with a focus on key variances, and conducting investigations into exceptions. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process, review internal controls, and recommend process enhancements to bolster control mechanisms. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term business plans.

You should ideally be Degree qualified from a reputable university and possess at least 3 years of working experience. Ideally, you should have Big 4 experience and 1 to 2 years of commercial experience as an Analyst. Nonetheless they will consider high performer pure Big 4 candidates as well. You must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. Job Description

• Oversees and executes the full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower sourcing and planning, training & development, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
• Responsible for formulating HR strategic plan and initiatives to strengthen HR process and practice to support business growth for organization.
• Supports Clients by providing advice relating to the best HR practices within the framework of the company
  beliefs, value and objectives.
• Works closely with Top Management team in organizational design, job evaluation, change management process and participate in HR industry benchmarking to ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently.
• Acts as point of contact for HR Personnel and Clients on all HR matters.
• Handles employee disciplinary, grievances, misconduct issues, industrial relations and labor issues.
• To plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
• Oversees the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions across multiple portfolios
• To perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management
• Minimum with 8 years proven experience in similar capacity from manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently with excellence analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Result driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Well-verse in the Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Immigration procedures with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice and legislation both in Singapore and Malaysia
