Responsibilities:

• Arrange export shipment to distributors/customer from YASC (Drop shipment and Export shipment)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performs total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures as planned.

2. Performs inspections required by scheduled TPM or Work Order requests.

3. Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment.

4. Perform regular maintenance tasks at the facilities in accordance with the SOP.

5. Identify and pro-actively respond to maintenance and operation needs.

6. Support the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in performing the maintenance duties.

7. Allocate appropriate resources to execute the work order, follow up work order and ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.

8. Assessing the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM. Tool & instrument inventory/ maintenance.

9. Establish and run small workshop activities.

11. Trouble shoot equipment failure and execute TPM work.

12. Attend to equipment breakdowns and propose remedial actions and conduct follow up checks.

13. Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and involved in the installation and commissioning process.

14. Ensure all maintenance activities carried out are following relevant quality and environment policies, safety & environmental rules, and regulations requirements.

15. Supervise any external vendors providing maintenance services.

16. Support the maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement plant improvement plan.

17. Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.

18. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a Power Plant environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
• Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm

• Supporting project communication systems Installation, Configuration, Integration and Testing at customer site to ensure timely project delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors to ensure tasks on site are completed on schedule.
• Understanding the system and be able to perform system fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with fellow engineers / engineering team in system setup, system validation and problem resolution.
• Supporting the generation of project documentation

Role Description:

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic by working closely with the Clinic Manager and other team members. To deliver consistently good patient care.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Involved in daily operations of the clinic, including patient registration, submission of patient claims, dispensing of medications, inventory management, stock re-supply and accounting processes
• Cultivating good relations with patients, to understand and assist in addressing their needs, concerns and queries
• Assisting the doctor in simple medical procedures
• Acting as a chaperone to the doctor, when required
• Maintaining the overall upkeep, cleanliness and sanitisation of the clinic premises and equipment daily
• Ensuring Safe Management Measures are in place and constantly observed by all staff and patients
• Other ad-hoc duties, when required

Training Allowance:

Fresh Graduates:- $1,600

Non Mature Mid-Career Individuals:- $1,600

Mature Mid-Career Individuals:- $1,800

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnitedTraineeship:

ITE Certification or higher

This position is open for both recent graduates and

mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to

· Inbound: receiving, sorting, shelving

· Outbound: picking, packing, releasing

· Materials handling responsibilities

· Updating of records and proper documentation

2. Perform stuffing & unstuffing of containers in store or at site

3. Handle the safe loading & unloading of goods from lorries in store or at site

4. Perform monthly stock-take and cycle count in store

5. Keep warehouse premises clean and tidy

6. Perform Rigger and Signalman Task in Lorry Crane Lifting Operations at site

7. General labour work such as moving of heavy machinery with tools and equipment at site

8. Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager and Supervisors

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess

- Min GCE "N" Level or NiTEC, in any field

- a Class 3 driving license

- Operate a Forklift License

- Perform Rigger and Signalman Tasks license

• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above
• Min 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Responsible and attention to detail
