Jobholder is responsible for achieving the sales and income targets by identifying their own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of Performance Chemicals products sold and assigned by the Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities by undertaking daily customer visits, telephone calls and/or meetings (physical and/or online meetings) to secure repeat, increased and/or new products sales in order to achieve the income target set by the Company.
• Manage and drive the growth of existing accounts and product mix of the customers as per annual targets.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to plan and enhance business competitiveness and profitability through customers, competitors and market intelligence, effective sales strategies and marketing mix.
• Identify and establish new customers and business opportunities through research and cold-calls.
• Prepare sales budgets/reviews for the product line/industries handled.
• Conduct regular customer visits, updating the C4C system with accurate and complete information. Foster healthy customer relations, build strong and lasting relationships that support long-term sales objectives. Demonstrate conscientiousness and receptiveness to their needs.
• Prepare product costing and generate quotations for customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and new products launched by competitors through constant self-research. Provide timely updates to the Department Manager to initiate counter strategies.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Processing / Engineering, Science or related studies or relevant experiences.
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ sales experience in similar industry. However, those without the relevant experience but possess knowledge of the Company’s products may be considered.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Possess tact, integrity and enthusiasm.
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, matured and amicable personality.
• Demonstrate drive and initiative in achieving sales targets / goals.
• Highly energetic and self-motivated individual.
• Solid foundation in technology – computer skills and CRM experience are a plus.

Sales / Senior Sales Executive

The role is to market Professional & Commercial Cleaning equipment, accessories & tools, chemicals and other consumables to a diverse range of corporate customers, but with an emphasis on healthcare related sectors.

The successful applicant has to

- serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers

- learn & familiarise our products well, understand users’ needs, and so be able to offer solutions and assistance to meet their requirements

- perform hands-on product demonstrations, as well as occasionally conduct presentations to mid-size audiences including management levels

Candidates should

• be customer and sales oriented
• comfortably engage with people of various backgrounds in English, preferably Mandarin too. Being conversant in Chinese dialects, Malay, Tamil, even other ASEAN languages would be welcome
• communicate well in written English
• possess a strong sense of self-discipline, integrity & initiative; work well independently, yet be a good team player
• own basic IT skills in document, presentation & spreadsheet softwares; WhatsApp and other common apps
• have earned a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; in a business associated, nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• be experienced in corporate/commercial sales, or facilities’ operations, especially in a healthcare related setting
• preferably hold a Class 3 driving license and own a car

We offer an attractive compensation package comprising basic salary, transport allowance, commission and sales target incentive.

Gross: SGD 5,000 and above
