JOB PURPOSE

this position is to provide customer service and support for all RFID hardware and software products as required and to effectively project manage future related projects to ensure optimum customer support is provided. This position will also actively conduct product QA / QC testing and will support the Company Sales division for related product development needs and requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Installs, maintains ,upgrade RFID systems at Customer throughout the ASEAN if necessary.
• Perform final inspection to ensure proper operation after product installation.
• Provide technical support a. On site b. Via email c. Via telephone d. (During contracted support hours and after hours where relevant) e. Some regional travel on very short notice is required.
• Provides on-site and/or remote technical support for installed RFID systems
• Provides timely technical assistance to customer queries and requests
• Provides assistance to Sales and internal departments as required
• Ensures the demo system is available for customer demonstrations at all times
• Ensures the test system is available at all times
• Supports the global software systems test team’s QC process before new product releases and report bugs and issues to R&D in a formalized manner
• Works with the development and team to support system-related projects and provide any technical knowledge about operating systems, networking and security
• Supports to suggest improvements to the RFID product portfolio and maintain “wish lists” for future development that will help expand the reach of the technology
• Participate in the global technology survey related to Information Technologies
• Communicate to R&D the IT environment trends and policies implemented by customers as they relate to the Company’s RFID product portfolio
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Company management
• Repair and maintain RFID products within service inventory.
• If in-house repair is not possible, able to liaise with vendors for necessary repairs.
• Resolve problems encountered during installs.

What the role is

You will work in Tuas South Incineration Plant as Assistant Engineering Executive (equivalent to technician level) to ensure safe and effective operation and maintenance of the electrical equipment and systems in the incineration plant.

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for the following:

• Attend to daily preventive maintenance of assigned plant electrical, instrumentation and control equipment.
• Attend to daily job cards assignments of unscheduled outages of plant electrical, instrumentation and control equipment.
• Attend to overhauling of equipment/system as assigned by the Supervisors.
• Supervise the work of contractors.
• Assist the Executive Engineering Manager/Engineering Executive in carrying out preventive and remedial maintenance of plant electrical, instrumentation and control equipment.
• Carry out any works that will help to ensure and maintain the high availability of the plant electrical, instrumentation and control equipment.

What we are looking for

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology (Power & Control)/Mechatronics Engineering
• Working experience (1 to 3 years) in operation and maintenance is preferable. Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
• Must be computer literate

What you will do:

The sales analyst SEA will be the primary internal point of contact responsible for supporting sales administrative tasks and some customer facing tasks.  This person will work closely with the sales, centralized bookings, and cash collections teams to support first pass yield bookings, support the Delegation of Authority process (including legal) and Preventative Service Agreements/Contract bookings and renewals.  This position is vital as it will support the contract booking process and will be the first line of review and approval for contracts.

How you will do it:

• Will be the initial reviewer for customer and sales data within Oracle to ensure customer and billing information is correct before contract booking.  This position requires the verification and submission or customer master changes into Casewise workflow.
• As part of the customer and contract review process, will update and correct any current contracts or customer numbers that need action.
• Will provide the 1st level of support (review) for contract booking.  This will include contract review and preparation of and the delivery of amendment letters to the customer.  Will work directly with the customer as the 1st level support for approval. This will also include ensuring contracts are compliant for payment terms and conditions and submitting any contracts into our legal portal for higher review and the appropriate Delegation of Authority.
• Work with the sales team and the Centralized booking to obtain and submit customer’s credit application.
• Provide Certificates of insurance and additional initial documentation for contracting.
• When needed, respond to Owner controlled insurance program/Contractor controlled insurance program requests and enrollment when required at booking.  Also, when needed, support requests for bid and performance & payment bonds, as well as bonds required for various licenses.
• Support the local sales team with Preventative maintenance modifications, cancelations, and QA holds. Manage contracts through the booking process by working with the sales team, district managers, and centralized booking.  This includes working closely with our compliance team for government contracts.
• Manage and maintain tracking for Preventative maintenance renewal contracts and weekly update calls on these contracts.
