Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales manager to maintain customer connections, follow up on potential sales opportunities, schedule meetings and calls, and more.
• Organize and update customer information and sales materials, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our customer database.
• Assist in creating sales reports, presentation slides, and sales materials that provide clear and accurate information.
• Monitor the progress of sales orders and deliveries, facilitating internal coordination to meet customer requirements.
• Support the processing of sales contracts and documents, ensuring precise execution of contract terms.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, offering timely customer support and service.
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis to provide valuable data for sales strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, curate and implement programs and learning solutions that drives capability-building and the workforce for the organisation.
• Conduct training programs and interventions, with expertise in learning methodologies and training evaluation to ensure effective learning outcomes such as employees understanding on organisation philospohy and values, technical skills for store operations employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, global headquarters to plan and organize training program and optimizing learning opportunities for all employees.
• Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track program impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the ability to build interpersonal relationships, have experience in leading a team.
