Job Description:
As a Full-Time Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our agency, building meaningful relationships with families and individuals seeking trusted domestic support. Your role will involve understanding their unique needs, offering personalised guidance, and expertly matching them with reliable and compassionate domestic helpers or caregivers. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every family feels supported and confident in their care arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads will be provided. There is no prospecting or cold calling required.
• Engage leads and provide personalised assistance in selecting domestic helpers
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Proactively advocate for our helpers and guide customers towards the best fit
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Collaborate with the leadership team to optimise performance and ensure accountability
• Manage and motivate helpers effectively to ensure successful working relationships
• 5.5-day work week, Rest day on Sunday.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales
• Strong salesmanship, and expertise in effective closing and prospecting techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Cantonese, Malay, are a plus
• CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory

Job Description

• Manages group room/F&B events enquiries and related functions, dealing from receipt

of request to contracting and payment.

• Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of

group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers,

reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.

• Manages site inspections, organizing visits, room allocation, inspection of rooms and

coordinates all departments to execute a perfect showcase of the hotel, providing

accurate information on visitors

• To conduct 5 room/F&B events sales calls daily and 3 room/F&B events sales activities

• To identify and develop new potential accounts (to prospect at least 2 new accounts

per week).

• Develop sales plans to generate business from identified markets/accounts.

• Determine corporate account needs and initiate sales activities of each assigned

market/account to enable future bookings.

• Management and growth of corporate accounts by tracking individual transient, group

and catering production goals.

• Gather market intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer

trends and performance.

• Be actively involved in ensuring prompt follow-up on incoming phone calls, site

inspections, proposal / inquiries. Accuracy in booking, commitments to customer on all

sales/operational documents and adhering to the standards set by the department in

execution and filing of all said documents.

• Managing DayAway and other platforms if required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by owner according to changing business, economic,

customer needs or restructure within Sales & Marketing Department (Corporate,

Rooms & F&B).

• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Managing DayAway, TagVenue and other platforms if required.

• Create partnerships with other platforms that may benefit the group for events.

• Creating Event Orders, Contracts and Updating the Event Tracker on a monthly basis

stating Revenue & Cost of each Event.

type, as well if they need anything else for us to ensure their experience is a

memorable one.

• Organize each Hotel Dropbox Folder to have all necessary materials for event sales

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

- Ensure that all correspondence are replied within 24 hours.

- Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate.

- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.

- Accommodate and document special requests.

- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.

- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system.

- Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.

- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
