Communicate and liaise with HQ on fares, policies and reports

Manage sales tracking reports, contracts, group bookings, client communications and pricing information

Support and assist customer related issues

Exciting Package - Up to $4000 + Commission

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including store opening and closing

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times and provide training to staffs

Anticipate team's needs, identify and develop talent, training and motivating the team

Organize and scheduling of roster, including managing staff conflicts if any

Control stock loss and safety coordination

Manage POS including supervision of exchanges and refunds

Monitor and analyze KPI, and train team to achieve KPI

Monitor sales goals and establish action plans to ensure team members achievements

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Jobs Description:

• To demonstrate excellent knowledge and provide expert advice on merchandise range and details.
• Greets and received customers in a welcoming manner
• Responses to customer’s questions
• Provide accurate measurement and proper tailoring and alterations service for all customers.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers
• Handle day to day store operations.
• Provide follow up service on new product arrival and special promotions.
• To maintain the visual display of merchandise on shop floor

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking clients.
• Hard working and can work under pressure;
• Able to adapt and work fast in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts in the territory.
• Implement and execute Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Support and understand customer needs while meeting and striving to exceed sales targets
• Develop strong working relationship with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Support and Production

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Science/ any relevant field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience in pharma sales
• Preferably dealing with vaccines
