Job Description:

• Assist Cook in kitchen operations,

• Stock take every month,

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Asia team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high level of service to our customers and supporting business growth in Asia.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure the complete sales process from creating offer, following up, order intake, order processing, delivery arrangements and collection of payments.
• Responsible for offering spare parts and retrofit new compressors to our customers and follow up on offers promptly and efficiently
• Work together with the Asia team and other Sperre offices to develop and expand our business in Asia. Handle the process from order, coordinate shipment arrival, delivery process and invoicing. Including creates orders (ERP BC 365) and distributes order confirmations. Close orders (ERPBC 365) and forward billing to customers.
• Including support with picking and packing ensuring fast and smooth transactions
• Handle inward and outward shipment for compressors and spare parts including all documentation.
• Manage inventory by ordering and updating incoming parts in our warehouse and system
• Assist in account receivables, warranty - and claims processes together with the sales and finance teams

Competences & experiences

• Male or female are welcome for this position.
• Some working experience, Degree holder in any discipline with preference in commercial or technical and preferred affinity with the marine or offshore industry.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset
• Result-driven, organized, responsible and independent
• Good communication skills both oral and written in English
• Team player with a hands-on and practical approach
• Cultural awareness and experience in an international setting are a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP *BC365 systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Recent graduate or final-year student, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Team-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Positive and energetic, eager to grow in an international sales role

Responsibilities:

• Attending to the customer enquiries promptly and follow up with them in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Addressing customer service issues expeditiously
• Understanding and analyzing the market trends and changes in customers demands
• Liaise with internal department to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings and site tours with potential clients.
• Accountable for occupancy rate for all sales projects.
• Responsible for lease negotiations and follow up on terms of lease with tenants.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with tenants to generate referrals & to obtain repeated business.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure delivery of high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring performance data and KPIs on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year(s) of related working experience
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).
• Strong lease management documentation and administration skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
