• Day-to-day washing, drying and folding of Residents’ linen including pajamas, bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels etc.
• Check cleaned linen for any defects – put aside for discard by Linens Officer or mend them accordingly e.g. Dropped buttons from resident pajamas.
• Basic daily cleaning and maintaining of laundry machines, chemicals refill and operating of machines.
• Monitor chemical usage and refill.
• Report to management of fault or abnormality found in machines.
• Keep the laundry room clean with housekeeping.
• Comply with Safety Linen SOPs.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Lead the ERM Team to maintain enterprise risk management framework and policies
• Develop enterprise risk management database
• Guide respective departments to identify key risk factors and opportunities

• Assess and conduct the necessary compliance reviews to support improvements identified during internal or external audits and on CSAs
• Secondary Duties
• Participate actively in Improvement/IT/Operations Projects or any initiatives organized by Hospital or Cluster
• Finance and PBS POC for Business Continuity Planning

Requirements:

• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications and ERM systems
