• Liaise with internal department and external parties to follow up on related administrative matters
• Assist in Project Coordination
• Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposal as assigned
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent priority management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and pantry inventory control
• Good knowledge of MS office and office mangement software will be added advantage
• At least a diploma in office administration or relevant field
• Possesses the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and management.
