• Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with Photoshop and MS Office (MS Excel)
• Pleasant personality with strong written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational &multitasking skills, ability to work under deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.

Job Scope

• Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
• Submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to Director
• Quarterly GST Submission
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit, annual corporate tax and withholding tax submission, statutory filings and bank related matters.
• Liaising with suppliers on invoices and payments
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Familiar with Quickbook software and S Excel applications
• Has good attention to details, able to manage time and meet deadlines
