Responsibilities

· Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal

· Handle customers’ orders & inquiries with efficient manner

· Handle the procedures of all orders & shipping documents accurately

· Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.

· Coordinate & follow up with production in fulfilling the job orders, deadline & shipments

· Handle excellent working relationships with clients

· Manage the general office administration functions together with other administrators

· Filing and maintaining of documents

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· ‘O’ level, Diploma or equivalent.

· Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

· Moving of goods between warehouses.

· Maintain tidiness of warehouse (Including sweeping floor)

· Check Quality of our products and repair the products.

· Have good working attitude

· Able to read and speak simple English and Chinese
