Responsibilities:
â–ª Conduct benchmarking exercise for salary competitiveness
â–ª Assist to review incentives, recognition, benefits and awards to drive high performance and to retain key talents
â–ª Propose and compute annual salary increment, merit and performance bonus that is aligned to a pay for performance culture
â–ª Oversee a team of Executives and Assistants to handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions Performance Management
â–ª Assist to review the effectiveness of current form and procedures to achieve equitable and transparent performance evaluation that encourages open performance discussions
▪ Assist to formulate and develop performance criteria to drive company’s competencies and capabilities Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
â–ª Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including interview, selection, offer and acceptance for Executive and above positions
â–ª Conduct onboarding programme to ensure all new hires are effectively inducted
â–ª Assist to review the current onboarding programme effectiveness Planning & Reporting
â–ª Assist to review manpower planning and budgeting
▪ Review, formulate and implement relevant policies and procedures as well as systems in accordance with company’s development and legislations
â–ª Review employee handbook to ensure all policies and procedures are comprehensively covered
â–ª Oversee regular HR reporting and analysis for statutory submission and management review
Requirements
â–ª Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields
â–ª More than 5 years of experience in HR management and development
â–ª Previous experience supervising a team to manage daily HR operational matters
â–ª Good knowledge and skills in HR management and development functions
â–ª Good analytical, facilitation, interpersonal and organization skills
â–ª Good working knowledge of MS office
â–ª Able to multi-task and have sense of urgency to deliver results timely
â–ª Proactive, self-starter, hands-on and able to work independently while be a good team player with good service orientation
â–ª Able to communite with staff in Chinese and English
