The role of the Sales & Marketing Manager is to develop and execute recruitment strategies, and convert potential students from the lead pool generated by marketing activities.

Job Description

· Develop and execute recruitment strategies with the General Manager

· Strategize and coordinate lead generation marketing activities with the external marketing team

· Nurture prospective students with a consultative approach in a timely manner

· Planning, coordination and execution of recruitment related events such as Course Previews, Open Houses and Workshops that may be held outside of normal working hours as required

· Provide administrative support to marketing and recruitment activities

· Any other duties as required

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in any field

· Sales management experience is desirable

· Experience in recruitment in the education sector is advantageous
