Job Description:

• Serve as the after-sales on-site service engineer of marine environmental protection equipment and other supporting products, responsible for the boarding overhaul, maintenance, training and other work of EGC system, SCR system, FGSS system and other equipment;
• Be responsible for on-site management of after-sales service, including repair, maintenance, training, spare parts management, user communication, opinion collection, service report writing, etc., and be responsible for the quality of on-site after-sales service.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is essential for communicating with China client
• Diploma and above, major in marine, mechanical, electrical and other related fields;
• Good working knowledge with the use, maintenance and overhaul requirements of marine environmental protection products, such as EGC system, SCR system, FGSS, etc;
• At least 2 years of after-sales service experience of marine equipment;
• Work actively, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and coordination skills, have good written expression skills and oral expression skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Reporting
  • Review the financials of the Schools, Offices, Centres and Institutes (SOCIs) monthly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
  • Prepare standardised regular financial performance reports in compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate the financial performance with relevant stakeholders to determine any actions to be taken.
  • Provide training / guidance to the SOCIs' management team (e.g. HODs, Assistant Deans, Budget co-ordinators).
  • Support budgetary control, including monitoring of fund utilisation and performing system budget/fund transfers.
  • Post accounting entries necessary for effective management reporting.
  • Handle queries from SOCIs on financial systems and other information.
• Planning & Analysis
  • Facilitate SOCIs' budget & forecast submissions
• Communication
  • Be the central point of contact for the SOCIs on all financial matters.
  • Enhance awareness and adherence to financial policies.
  • Build strong, effective relationships across SOCIs to ensure their needs are addressed and finance policies are understood.
• Process Improvement
  • Align and streamline processes within and across SOCIs to achieve consistency and efficiency

• Degree in Accountancy, preferably with CA qualifications.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Successful track record in business partnering and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Keen interest in driving process improvements.
• Familiar with SAP usage and data extraction.
• Familiar with BI tools (eg. Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

The Events and Sales Executive is responsible and accountable for management of venue hire, working with the Events Manager to develop the venue hire offer in order to meet the needs of our diverse audience. A creative individual with a passion for event management and sales, the Event and Sales Executive will have responsibility for implementing the venue hire strategy, setting, achieving and exceeding financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, which promote the venue hire, developing key relationships and ensuring events, are managed effectively by the Operations team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· To create an attractive venue hire experience in line with the Zouk brand

· To improve on our current Corporate Deck to make it more attractive

· Plan and implement a sales strategy for venue hire, working to hit targets

· Manage the sales and booking of events including dealing with enquiries, following up with potential clients, meeting clients and cold- calling

· Manage the events booking confirmation contracts and function orders

· Work closely with finance with regards to invoicing

· Ensure venue hire events are delivered by the Operations team by ensuring detailed

Function Orders are prepared

· Maintain effective communication and working relationships with colleagues in order to ensure a joined-up approach to the venue hire activity

· Nurture and build relationships with current and potential corporate/private clients
