Business Development Assistant Manager Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Assistant Manager Responsibilities

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Business Development Assistant Manager Requirements

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a

· relevant role

· Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

· Ability to manage multi-task.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

· Time management and planning skills

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

About the Role:
The role will be responsible for making set target of cold calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams to follow up on warm leads and to identify new business opportunities.
• Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
• Building a strong sales pipeline to have consistent growth and identifying areas of improvement to maximize potential with each customer.
• Track progress on CRM and provide accurate and timely reports and updates.

Skills & Experiences Required:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment and have:

• 3+ years of working experience in relevant field
• Degree/Diploma qualified ideally in logistics/business management
• Proven track record in achieving set sales targets
• Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling
• Previous experience in outbound call centre or sales related role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively

• Supporting the Finance & Admin department in daily accounting work
• Sorting of invoices / receipts
• Perform basic accounting duties & administrative support – filling, data entry etc
• Assisting with partial set of accounts i.e AP & AR
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing payment / receipts voucher
• All other adhoc admin / accounting duties assigned from time to time
• General administrative scope of work

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Ms Excel, Words
• Hardworking & fast learner
• Knowledge of Accpac is added advantage
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting field of work
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Junior designer to to design and upgrad design of existing branding.
• Prepare material and photo/design for Facebook, Instagram and social media platform.
• Photo shooting of products and editing.
• Update of website, social media site and online store.
• Design and mockup of advertising material like brochure, leaflet, poster, social media posting.
• Laminiating and using plotter to cut label and packaging design.
• Able to design packaging.
• Good Knowledge and able to execute with Ai, PS and Id.
• Photography and video skill.
• Digital Marketing skill (updating facebook, instagram, Tiktok and website post of product images)
• Handling of Marketplace online account, updating, posting of new products.
• Able to work with stress and critical thinking.
• Able to sketch.
• Class 3 driver license is a plus point.

Working day: Monday to Friday

Short working hour: 9.30am to 5.30pm

Lunch Break: 45mins
