Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute marketing strategies and activities to achieve the company’s objectives

· Enhance branding position

· Grow members and fan base by building brand awareness

· Check, edit and/or write copy for social media, marketing collaterals, press releases, etc

· Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, evaluate brand performance and competitor analysis

· Track, collect and analyse all available marketing data for reporting and strategy planning

· Build sales team with marketing activities

· Prepare annual budget and forecast, including management report

· Support in any ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned by Marketing Manager

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent

· Minimum 3 year’s retail operations experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent and ability to multi-task

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/ associates

· Positive working attitude is required

· Experience in Retail/Fashion Industry will be prioritized

· Able to start work immediately

Responsibilities :

• Be trained in reliability tests to understand the test requirement and workflow.
• Prepare and submit laboratory reliability report per laboratory requirement.
• Perform data analysis to determine any abnormal test result or error in testing.
• Report to Engineers on the findings and assist to provide the action plan.
• Work with supervisors and shift technicians to clarify and/or perform follow up actions such as amendment or retest if required.
• For product issue,provide findings and follow up with Failure Analysis team to obtain the FA result.
• For laboratory error,with the instruction from engineers to work with supervisors to come out with corrective actions and arrange with re-test if necessary.

Requirements :

• Fresh Diploma Holder or Nitec in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/Lab environment will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn.
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.

Work Location: Chai Chee (Bedok)

Work Days: Mondays to Fridays: 8.15am to 5.15pm

Job Description:

• Understand and carry out all tasks given
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.
• Inspect inventory and reporting inconsistencies
• Participate in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others.

Role & Reponsibilites:

· Report to Operation Manager

· Handling of Food delivery from different portal such as Food Panda, Deliveroo & Grab Food

· Execute marketing activities - prepare posters/daily settings of delivery platform

· Ensure all weekly reports (such as COGS & Weekly Delivery total Sales – outlets ) submitted are accurate and submit to Operation Manager

· Resolve system bugs

· Machine upkeeping (menu updates)

Responsibilities:

Provide sales support to sales team.

· Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders:

1. Whatsapps

2. Email

3. Sales team

4. Working Hours: 6 Days - 2 Shifts (12pm to 5pm or 5pm to 10pm)

· Prepare orders, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other documents required for delivery.

· Close coordination with delivery & production team to ensure on time deliveries to customers.

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Education and work requirements:

- At least minimum GCE O or N Level/ITE preferably with 1 year relevant working experience.
- Able to work on Saturdays and Public holidays. Off on weekdays.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and work well under pressures.

- Able to work as Permanent Part Timer.
