The Role

• Manage the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for payroll
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly or payroll cycles as per company schedules, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local (Form IR8A) and foreign employees (Form IR21)
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employees’ payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare and submit surveys (MOM, CPF, SNEF, IMDA, Department of Statistics Singapore, etc.)
• Handle government claims and grants (e.g. NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ PSG, etc)
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and payroll audits.
• Conduct regular review on payroll and HR processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Participating in continuous change management and payroll process streamlining

Job Summary:

Job Description

The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the NUS Business School’s strategic fundraising efforts. This position will involve reaching out and managing relationships with donors and prospects, particularly corporate partners and alumni. 1. Fundraising

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising initiatives to support the School’s priorities

Qualifications

• A degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

The Department of Architecture invites applications for two Tenure Track Assistant Professor positions in Architectural Design.

The Department of Architecture in the College of Design and Engineering is ranked among the top 10 in the world, and Asia’s best in Architecture/Built Environment, by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (2023). Research by Design (RxD) at the Department of Architecture seeks qualified, interdisciplinary, and inspirational candidates with expertise in creative practice research (research through design, as opposed to research for design or research about design). We seek candidates with expertise in design with foundations in decarbonized & planet-positive futures, warming world futures, social justice, and inclusive futures, with a particular focus on being situated in the tropical geographies of Southeast Asia and the equator. Candidate research should be manifested through a robust portfolio of creative practice outputs and substantiated through forms of peer review and public and societal engagement, with evidence of leading with anticipatory and future-forward design ideas that impact evolving society and the profession. Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. This will be a front of house position welcoming clients and scheduling our therapists. Knowledge of the different therapy offerings is essential. Must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to help in all areas of the centre.
