- Tertiary Education, Preferably with Electronics Engineering background.

Experience

- At least 3 yrs Sales experience for Wireless Communications and RF Microwave and/or semiconductor in either AeroSpace & Defence, Institutions, Manufacturing, Broadcasting and Telecommunication industries

- Fresh graduates with wireless communication/RF Microwave background will be considered for Specialist role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in using SAP and Sales tools such as Hub Spot prefer but not a primary requirement Business Intelligent Tools such as Power BI will be added advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To perform secretarial work and provide with day-to-day administrative support. Duties include scheduling appointments and making reservations
• To remain contactable 24/7 to ensure emergencies are responded to promptly
• To provide orientations for new students and ensure they are happy and follow the rules
• To document student life, family visits and assist with organisation of birthday or festive events
• To support admissions team by collecting physical documents or transcripts from vendors
• To perform transportation duties such as sending students for examinations/vaccination or doctor appointments
• To manage budgets for petty cash, replenishment of inventories necessary for the daily operations
• To maintain accurate and up to date student records
• Accommodation provided, manage and monitor the daily activities of student body with the goal of achieving seamless execution and parent’s satisfaction
• To collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders to achieve the smooth operational activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min 2 years of driving experience
2. Class 3 Driving Licence compulsory; Company’s vehicle is not allowed to drive home
3. Have the ability to relate to student with a high level of empathy and professionalism
4. Possess great written and verbal communication skills
5. Have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems and meet deadlines

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
