The German European School Singapore (GESS) is looking for expressions of interest for Primary School Teaching Assistant position, with a tentative start date of 1 August 2025.

Responsabilities:

• Assist teaching in primary classrooms:
• Supervising and teaching small groups within a whole class or small group setting
• Helping to prepare lesson materials
• Filing and organising student work and resources
• Supervising students during lunchtimes and breaktimes
• Assisting lessons in art, physical education or other subjects, as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with children aged 5 to 11
• Good English skills are required, as you will be interacting with English-speaking students
• Good German skills are required, as you will be communicating with German-speaking students
• Tertiary education qualifications are a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn and take direction
