The Sales Engineer will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and will be responsible for providing technical expertise to make Snowflake customers successful. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers

• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience working in customer facing sales engineering (tech pre-sales) role
• Strong competency on modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science and data apps
• Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
• Hands-on expertise with SQL (Python knowledge would be a bonus)
