Job Description:

• Assist Producer/Director in production processes for drama, other programme genres and digital content as assigned, from pre-production to post-production.
• Manage production schedules.
• Assist in scouting, managing and contacting talents required for production.
• Conduct location checks and suggest suitable locations for filming and recording.
• Assist Producer/ Director during filming or studio recordings.
• Book and coordinate production facilities.
• Fulfill administrative production processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least A’ Levels or Diploma in Media Studies
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and public.
• Ability to work independently.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Malay for business purpose.
• Strong interest in television and media.
• Ability to manage talents and performers.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office operations and ensure that the office is clean, organized and runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintenance of office equipment.
• Ensure office security systems are functioning properly
• Submit accurate data/information.
• Monitor the receipt of e-invoices to ensure prompt processing.
• Implement business continuity plans to address corporate risks.
• Support company’s efforts in promoting sustainability.
• Coordinate the office renovation project, including:
  (a) close monitoring of project timelines
  (b) ensure spending within budget
  (c) ensure issues and delays are brought to Management’s attention promptly
• First point of contact for audit queries directed to the Workplace & Procurement team

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Meticulous, innovative and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task.
• Customer-centric and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
• Some knowledge in Procurement and Facilities Management would be advantageous.
