Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries
· Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
· Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate
· Maintain up-to-date customer records
· Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion
· Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required
Job Requirements:
· Fluency in English and any other languages is a plus
· Detail-oriented & fast-learner
· One or more years of middle office support / trade support experience is preferred
· Strong team player with ability to work independently
· Some administrative/ settlements experience is an advantage
· Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
