Job Purpose
Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development team responsible for handling administration matters of our Financial Representatives.
The Job
- Conducting of fit & proper checks of new recruits such as conducting reference checks on New Recruits
- Ensure completeness of documentation for New Recruits
- Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders on all matters relating to the onboarding of the new recruits
- Activation of New Representative account
- Checking of welcome pack for New Representative
- Handling the Team RepOnboarding-SG email
- Provide statistics to internal stakeholders relating to appointment of new recruits
- Work closely with IT on system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holders;
- Team player;
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- A self-starter who is keen to learn and positive work attitude;
- Meticulous, diligent and well organized; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
