We are seeking a dedicated and organised Shipping Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at Fairteck Holding Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and preferably, experience with SAP or other ERP software. Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the SRTT Director Corporate Services (DCS) to support the RO and SRTTs administrative activities, the role includes but not limited to:

1. General Administrative Support:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications.
• Handle Procurement / Finance related matters, e.g., Raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving etc.
• Perform filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.
• Any other administrative duties assigned.

2. Calendar Scheduling:

• Manage and coordinate calendars for RO, SRTT CIA and SRTT Central Initiative Directorates (CID) based on event requirements.
