Main Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for renewal of the existing service plans (and maintenance) for standard and custom systems
• Be proactive in proposing service plans for newly installed standard and custom systems
• Position spare parts as part of the service offering
• Follow-up and keep track of quotes sent (close opportunities)
• Advise customers & Sales representative on the client’s Service Plans & Spare Parts offering
• Guide and support Sales through the different steps of the quotation process, if requested
• Identify new opportunities for a Service Plan (based on past installations)

1. Contact Sales Rep, discuss with them about an opportunity to sell a Service Plan.
2. Create draft quote with all attachments and share it with the Sales rep.
3. Check with Management (specific region), Field Sales Effectiveness (FSE) and coordination team if we have their agreement to assume such coverage.
4. Send the quote to the customer. If the customer already has a Service Plan for other systems, we can add the new system to the quote for the renewal of the existing Service Plan.
5. Follow up on the sent quote (close opportunity).

• Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.
• Connect with relevant teams to ensure spare parts for custom systems are identified and queries from customer are addressed (feedback shared)
• Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
• Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
• At least 1 year of proven inside sales experience in BioFarma industry
• Experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM) and MS Office package (Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Collaborates with team members to discover new opportunities. Drives incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns (e.g., portfolio analysis) or internal sources (e.g., Marketing).
• Collaborates with account teams, partners, or services to track and qualify new opportunities.
• Collaborates with other teams (e.g., account teams) and services to build pipeline. Interfaces with customers and builds relationships via social selling. Applies Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine the quality of the opportunity and whether to proceed.
• Implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals. Contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities. Coaches less experienced team members in deal plan execution. • Collaborates with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and with a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Identifies new partners by researching and discussing with partners on customer scenarios.

Technical Expertise

• Initiates conversations with prospective customers/partners at events to expand external network. Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more solution area(s).

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

What You Will Do

As Sales Executive Specialist, you will close sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, his/her role will establish and maintain sales target achievable by each sales consultant without compromising cohesiveness among the colleagues.

Your role is crucial in providing expert company secretarial support to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.

• Company Secretarial Services:

• Statutory Compliance:

• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting clients and provide timely guidance.

• Board and Shareholder Meetings:

• Coordinate and organize board and shareholder meetings.

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records for clients.
• Organize and manage documentation related to clients' corporate affairs.

• Advisory Services:

• Client Onboarding and Due Diligence:

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Law, or related field.

The Assistant Manager, Development (Campaigns) works closely with the fundraising team to implement comprehensive, public-facing fundraising campaigns for the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG). This includes project management of the year-end mass appeal, the annual fundraising dinner’s appeal, and other evolving campaigns to support SSG’s development strategies.

The Assistant Manager, Development (Campaigns) plays a key role in driving the success of mass fundraising efforts and has opportunities to use creativity in shaping SSG’s fundraising initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CAMPAIGN SPECIFIC

– Receive key campaign messaging from Managers.

– Collaborate with the relevant Manager overseeing the campaign to project manage (plan, develop, execute, report, and analyze) mass fundraising campaigns, including the Year-End Appeal, Symphony Ball Appeal, and other assigned fundraising campaigns to meet campaign financial goals. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Develop and implement timeline and comprehensive deliverables of campaigns.
• Oversee and manage traditional mailing for the relevant campaigns.
• Oversee and manage online dissemination of campaign messages.
• Work with relevant departments to leverage various channels to expand the reach of campaigns to various targeted audiences, including social media, concert spaces, and other platforms. Adapt key campaign messaging to various platforms for maximum impact.
• Report campaign progress along the way, and work with Managers to adjust the campaign strategy if needed.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns in the format of report writing, to inform future strategies.
• Ensure campaign finance compliance, adhering to the 30:70 fundraising rule, and maintaining accurate records of donations, expenditures, and financial transactions.

CAMPAIGN ASSETS MANAGEMENT

• Oversee and manage updates to the relevant fundraising webpages, to maximize the effectiveness of online fundraising methods, including but not limited to the SSO’s website, SSO’s giving.sg site, Benevity and other platforms.
• Oversee and manage the segmentation of donors according to campaign types to ensure targeted messaging.

RESEARCH

• Perform basic donor research on prospective and new donors to create donor dossiers.
• Research best practices for mass fundraising campaigns and work with the department to adapt them according to trends and perceptions to suit the company’s needs.
• Support grant research and proposal development.

OTHERS

• Handle any other matters essential to maintaining sponsors, donors and potential donors satisfaction with the company’s professionalism.
• Assist with other development, promotional, or publicity events for the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising campaigns, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record in project management. Experience in the arts is an advantage.
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and proficiency in MS Office; fluency in other widely used languages is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be meticulous and organised with a strong sense of pride in the quality of their work
• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES
