What will I be doing?

• Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with the Group Coordinator
• Conduct performance reviews at least twice a year (Mid-Year and Year-End) for each team member
• Work closely with the Director of Catering to build a cohesive Business Development team
• Assist the Commercial Director in ensuring that targets and standards are met in the team

Successful Candidate will report to the Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, plan, schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation.
• Attend to customer enquiries/complaints/feedback and liase with Sales for follow up.
• Provide effective communication and co-ordination between Sales and Customers.
• Plan & prepare purchase requisition to Purchasing/Procurement.
• Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers to ensure on time deliveries to customers
• Liase with Store for outgoing deliveries to customers.
• Prepare and issue work orders to Store for assembly and packaging work.
• Assist Sales to update and manage customers project.
• Any other tasks as required for Sales department

Requirement

• Minimum GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma
• 1-2 years customer service experience and/or admin experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
• Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task
