Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and implementing the programmes for children.
• To assist main class teacher in managing challenging children using appropriate behavioural strategies.
• To be able to assist in teaching appropriate mealtime behaviour and supervise play times.
• To assist the main class teachers in toileting needs of the children. (Bringing the children to the toilet)
• To assist in administrative areas such as typing out various reports (e.g. IEP, Progress Report, Educational Report) to support the main teacher.
• To be able to provide input on children’s progress during case conferences or at any other discussion points.
• Assist with planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the entire team at least once a month.
• Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids.
• Evaluate and maintain records of children’s development.
• To render basic first aid as and when necessary.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.

• Certification in Early Childhood Care & Education or Special Needs Education is an advantage.

What you will be doing

• Accurately and efficiently entering data into spreadsheets.
• Preparing tonnage and cargo reports, or any other ad-hoc reports as required for the Broking desk.
• Performing general administrative tasks, including data input, photocopying, and scanning.
• Collaborating with the Finance and Operations teams on administrative matters.
• Supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
2. Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, EDM, website.
3. Support the team with planning, implementing & organising presentations and events.
4. Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, such as brochures, case studies (video, ppt, posters), presentation slides.
5. Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring various marketing campaigns: Google Ads (SEO, SEM), LinkedIn Ads, marketing events (online & onsite).
6. Working closely with sales and project implementation department.

Requirement:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, design or related fields.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English, as the role needs to liaise with Chinese clients and translate English documents.
3. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PPT.
4. Design software preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.
5. Basic Video Editing skills with any editing software
