Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
• Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
• Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms
• Good command of English written and spoken
• Good customer service and communication skills

The position will be responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners.

Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to drive results, collaborating with internal teams - regional and global - as well as outsourced sales with vendor partners. You will have a passion for delivering value at scale to small business advertisers through rigorous planning and flawless execution, a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales pipeline strategy and lead end-to-end execution of global sales programs and outsourced sales via vendor partners
• Deliver against quarter targets in sales leads, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor progress against goals and manage vendors around the world to meet and exceed productivity metrics
• Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
• Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
• Identify actionable insights to improve sales results and team strategy

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
• Proven track record of successfully influencing, communicating & collaborating with cross-functional groups both internally and externally to produce meaningful & impactful results
• Prior experience working across regional and global partners
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
• Knowledge in data concepts and principles to prove ability to think analytically
• Demonstrable prioritisation skills that facilitate the most effective & impact-orientated contributions to key strategic business objectives & customer growth
• Fluency in English is required as the successful candidate will manage clients whose usual business language is English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working & building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties sales
• Experience working with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies
