We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Assistant Manager Responsibilities

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

· Developing growth strategies and plans

· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

· Increasing client base

· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

· Writing business proposals

· Negotiating with stakeholders

· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

· Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

· Following industry trends locally and internationally

· Drafting and reviewing contracts

· Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Business Development Assistant Manager Requirements

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a

· relevant role

· Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

· Ability to manage multi-task.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

· Time management and planning skills

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reading, interpreting and drawing up technical drawing specifications
• Responsible in developing, coordinating, monitoring all aspects of the operational set up for projects assigned
• Responsible for working cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
• Responsible for applying Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous process improvements and to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Min 1 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
