• Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science or other related discipline
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skill required.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals and contracts.

Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer orders.

Education and Experience

High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles.

Working Hours: 5days work week, 9am-6pm
Basic Salary: $3000-$4000
Gross Salary: $4000-$5000 (KPI Target basis)


Job Description
• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport.
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit.
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry.
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions.

Requirement:
• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing
• Min 2-5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry.
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
• Self-discipline, proactive and have strong sense of urgency.
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

• Handle full spectrum of subcontractor claim
• Support Sales & Operations Department
• Assist in maintaining the material tracker list
• Handle other assigned duties or related jobs as required
• Attention in details, strong analytical and numerial skills
• Meticulous, independent, well organised, ability to work in a team
• Preferably with local construction experiences
