Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operation.
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed.
• Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status / shipment / delivery schedules.
• Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules
• Maintaining a good method of consolidation of shipments
• Inventory control (Handle all Inventory, Purchasing, and Shipping related duties)
• Support the operations in the daily activities, to ensure sufficient inventory level and timely delivery.
• Assist in other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service role.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Mandarin speaking will be added advantage in order to communicate with Suppliers in China.
• Great team player with initiatives.
• Positive attitude and willing to adapt.
• Meticulous and consistent.

Job Description

SEPPURE Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer/Technician to join our Engineering and Applications Team in Singapore. The Assistant Engineer will work closely with engineers and scientists to run experiments for organic solvent nanofiltration applications. The Assistant Engineer will also be required to support lab and piloting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of membrane and module fabrication
• Perform lab testing and data collection
• Support lab-scale and/or pilot scale projects
• Maintain documentation and databases for research and development
• Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications

Must have:

1. Nitec/Diploma
2. Keen interest in working in a laboratory
3. Attention to detail with the ability to follow operational procedures
4. Able to handling chemicals with good safety practice
5. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply

You will assist the Senior Procurement Manager in the oversight and management of the School’s procurement function to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services, and compliance to procurement policies and procedures. You will provide advice to staff on procurement matters, vet procurement requirement specifications and approval papers, manage sourcing and contract management activities. You will review processes and procedures to enhance governance and operational efficiency in procurement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good people management and organisational skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• High degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism
• Experience in using an ERP system will be an advantage
• Knowledge in IM on Procurement will be an advantage
• Interest in sports preferred
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline preferred
