Job Duties
· Arrange delivery schedule, follow up on delivery, check and tally quantity received against PO orders and DO.
· Provide packing quotation and do costing for packing department.
· Tracking and updating of all shipment record and tally driver transport form
· Prepare and update DO & Blanket order.
· Prepare/Send/Filling invoices and update necessary report.
· Daily report incoming & outgoing stocklist.
· Issue PO to supplier.
· Monthly update pallet sales report.
· Check and mail out tenant invoice.
· Check heat treatment checklist and send out the heat treatment cert for customer upon request.
· Managing phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
· Responsible for all general office equipment, supplies and stationeries including maintenance, renew pressure vessel, repairs and adequate stock.
· Purchase indirect material for production and packing.
· Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirement
- Min O Level or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant customer service experiences with positive learning attitude.
- 5 Day Work Week
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
- Transport provided: Pick up and drop off at Yew Tee MRT & Fajar Road
