Responsibilities:

• welcoming customers into the shop
• assisting customers to find desired items
• receiving and processing shipments and deliveries
• organising merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to customers
• informing customers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue
• keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively
• auditing the price of inventory regularly
• addressing and resolving customers' complaints and enquiry

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O' level and experience in retail industry is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experienced in handling credit card payments, administrative duties, etc
• Team player with a pleasant disposition and service oriented
• Able to commit 6 days work week

Job description:

• Manage incoming sales enquires via email and phone
• Build rapport with and follow up with new and existing customers to generate and maximise sales
• Generate quotations and invoices for customers.
• Follow through with customers from sales to fulfillment and delivery
• Coordinate with kitch team on customisation requests
• Liaise with logistics team on fulfilment and delivery.
• Track sales opportunities and pipeline.
• Support in packing and preparation of catering equipment.
• Support in catering setups and order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
• Have 2-3 years of sales support experience.
• Possess good time management and organisation skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
