[Job Description]: As a Sales and Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient sales and shipping operations. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with sales team members to process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating with customers to confirm order details, provide shipping information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Liaising with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Generating shipping documents, including packing slips, invoices, and customs paperwork, as required.
• Resolving shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a proactive and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and inventory levels using our internal systems.
• Providing regular updates to management on sales and shipping metrics, trends, and challenges.

• Proven experience in sales coordination, shipping/logistics, or a similar role.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

· Drive organic business growth, by generating revenue from new and existing customers and markets. Own and manage all direct sales channels and the bid activity required to serve those channels.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field, with minimum 5 years of marine sales working experience or related industries.

· Strong familiarity and networks within the marine space.

· Experience in direct sales or from technical product know-how and/or support of the sales process.

· Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.

Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

· Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.

· Manoeuvres comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organisational dynamics.
