Job Responsibilities:

• To manage and to ensure timely and accurate processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to Invoices.
• Timely tracking of orders and delivery fulfilment.
• Support the sales team in daily administration works such as filing of documents, data entry and responding to queries from vendors and customers when the assigned Account Managers are unavailable.
• Attend to customer and vendors enquiries on orders, and/or product availability
• Ad-hoc duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and ensure functionality of the QA&QC Department
• Setup HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements for production plant
• Handle regulatory and customer Audits
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and Food Safety Management Systems
• Ensure products meet internal / external specifications
• Monitor incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection activities
• Handle customer feedback pertaining to quality and food safety issues
• Ensure adherence to Quality and Food Safety Management Programmes
• Handle and decide on disposition of non-conforming products
• Manage, motivate, coach and develop the Food Safety and QA&QC teams
• Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior.
• Reporting to Deputy General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, food manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experiences;
• Prior QA/QC experience in food manufacturing will be added advantage;
• Good Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
• Good Communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Meticulous, good judgement and decision-making skills.
